The ECWT implements its strategy in Europe through a National Point of Contact (N-PoC) in every European country functioning as a national platform of multi-stakeholders to ensure women's full participation in ICT and related sectors.

The ECWT is a key actor for implementing the Digital Agenda and the Europe 2020 strategy.
