Cecilia MALMSTRÖM, Member of EU-Parliament 
& Member of the Group of the European Liberal, Democrat and Reform Party urges in a Chronicle published in   Göteborgs - Posten on the 30th of September a new innovative solution to enable 25.000 parliamentarians around the world to co-edit on the world-wide-web and to create thereby a powerfull international plattform and try to find common solutions to global issues.

The European Parliament will arrange a hearing on this issue in October this year.
