Photos and Stories from the Harburger Inland port
by Uschi Tisson, Journalist
Exhibition in the HELMS MUSEUM, Hamburg, from May 17 until September 9, 2007

Hardly an area in Hamburg stands in such a way in the field of vision of the town planners like  the Harburg Inland Port and its Castle Island. At the edge of hot discussions around the future of the inland port, the life of the people, who live and work there and work, continues.

The journalist and native Harburg Uschi Tisson accompanied for for some years the people, who live and work in the dockland. Her photographies and stories document affectionately and with very personal note the life in the Harburger inland port with all its facets and give views of one of the most exciting development areas of Hamburg.

Infos: HELMS MUSEUM, Museumsplatz 2, 21073 Hamburg

P.S. We from the VISP Team are very proud that - also due to our work with the various activities - more and more people are attracted by the place.jochen_200_2007.05.09-19.31.20.jpg
