Oxfam GB is recruiting for a Global Gender Adviser (Humanitarian). See attached job description.

Ensuring women and men benefit equally from Oxfam's humanitarian and development work is the vital first step. This role will be at the heart of this process – advising on gender issues across all of Oxam's humanitarian programmes. A far reaching challenge that will touch the lives of millions.
The post will ensure that women's needs are always considered in humanitarian and disaster responses and will design the tools needed to fulfil this commitment when needed. The main challenge is more strategic, advising on best practice in every aspect. Much of the work will be demand-driven, but key to success will be a proactive approach and ability to influence, reflect and support others to learn at all levels of operations.
Salary: £34,710- £42,750 Contract type: Open ended, full time hours Location: Oxford
